These 30-minute small group classes (no more than 6 people per class!) focus on very specific styles of exercise. We have various classes ranging from focus on the core, to proper form education, and even a class to help you actively recover! With this one-month package, you have up to 4 classes available, but these must be scheduled in advance and are based upon open availability. No walk-ins permitted.
